11. What should my pick-up time from Port Canaveral be?

We take your scheduled time with us very seriously so should you!
In the day of the disembarkations most of the cruise lines arrange the passengers into groups with suggested time to leave the ship. The groups are made based on the information you have provided the cruise line, about your plans after the cruise.
Usually the pick-up time from Port Canaveral is between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. If you have a late flight you may be one of the last to leave the ship, around 10:30 AM. The cruise ship will start boarding the new passengers after 11:00 AM.
Before you can leave the port you have to pass trough Customs. Make sure you have filled all the required documents and be informed about Customs' regulations. Please leave at least 30 minutes for disembarkation.
In occasions when the disembarkation takes longer than you have expected due to delay at the Customs or any other reason, please call your driver.
